What dearai is
dearai is a studio that creates pictures of characters our studio invents, and licenses those pictures — and the tools to generate more of them — to you. Every character on dearai is fictional; none of them is a real person, and nothing here should be read as depicting one.
Your wallet
There is no password account. Your browser holds an anonymous token — your "wallet" — that keeps track of your free renders, your purchases and the pictures you have generated. If you give us your email at checkout, we use it only to send your receipt and to help you if you write in; see our Privacy policy.
What a purchase licenses you to do
- Character Production Pack (₹49). One payment gets you every picture of one character, at full resolution and unmarked, to keep.
- Studio Access (₹149 for 30 days, ₹299 for 90 days). One payment gets you unlimited generation for that period, plus the production pack of every character.
- Your own model (₹7,999 or ₹14,999, one-time; ₹4,999 a month for the Studio tier). You own the trigger word, the weights file and the reference frames we deliver. The ₹4,999-a-month tier is billed month by month; nothing is charged automatically, and you can stop any month.
A purchase licenses you to use the pictures you generated or bought — and, for the custom-model service, the weights we deliver — for your own personal and commercial work. You may not resell or redistribute the raw picture set or weights file as a product in itself, and you may not present any character as a real, identifiable person.
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include GST. Everything we sell is delivered digitally — there is nothing to ship, so delivery happens as soon as your payment clears.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use dearai to:
- break any law that applies to you;
- harass, defame or threaten anyone;
- impersonate a real person, or present a dearai character as one;
- generate anything depicting a real, identifiable individual.
Refusing a render
We may refuse to generate or deliver a picture that breaks these rules. When a render is refused, or when it fails for a technical reason, its cost is returned to your wallet automatically — you are never left paying for a picture you did not get. No guarantee of uptime
dearai is provided as it stands. We do not promise the studio will always be available, free of errors, or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for time you could not use it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability to you for anything arising from your use of dearai is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use dearai after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws that apply where the studio operates.
