Privacy policy

What we store

• An anonymous wallet ID, in a cookie on your device — there is no password account.
• Your email, only if you give it to us at checkout or by writing in.
• Purchase records: what you bought, when, and the amount.
• The scenes you write and the pictures generated from them, kept against your wallet so you can find them again.
• Basic analytics about how the site is used — page views, approximate location, device type and referrer — through Vercel Analytics and, where it is switched on, Google Analytics 4. Neither is tied to your name.

What we don't store

We never see or store your card number, UPI ID or bank details. Those go straight to whichever payment processor handles your payment.

Who processes payments

Stripe processes card payments from outside India; Razorpay processes UPI, card and net banking payments from within India. Each holds your payment details under its own privacy and security terms — we only receive confirmation that you paid, and the amount.

How long we keep it

Pictures stay in your wallet for as long as you want them there. Write to hello@dearai.live and we will delete your wallet and everything in it.

Cookies

One cookie holds your wallet token, so the studio remembers your free renders and your purchases. Our analytics tools may set their own cookies. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your rights

Email hello@dearai.live to ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted. We reply within one working day — see our Contact page.

We don't sell your data

Not to advertisers, not to anyone.

We may update this policy from time to time; the date above shows when it last changed.
