Refunds and cancellations

One-time payments

The Character Production Pack (₹49) and Studio Access (₹149 for 30 days, ₹299 for 90 days) are one-time payments; nothing renews. Persona and Persona Pro, our custom-model builds (₹7,999 and ₹14,999), are also one-time. The Studio tier of the custom-model service (₹4,999 a month) is billed month by month, never automatically — you can stop any month, and a month already delivered is not refunded.

Everything we sell is delivered digitally and immediately — there is no shipping, so a purchase is delivered as soon as your payment clears.

A refused or failed render

If we refuse to generate a picture because it breaks our terms, or a render fails for a technical reason, its cost is returned to your wallet automatically. You don't need to ask.

A pass or pack that has been delivered

Once a Character Production Pack or a Studio Access pass has been delivered — meaning you have used it to generate a picture, or downloaded pictures from it — it is not refundable. The pictures it licensed are yours to keep either way.

A payment that didn't reach your wallet

If a purchase doesn't credit your wallet within an hour, write to us with your receipt ID and we will refund it or credit your wallet, whichever you prefer.

How to ask

Email hello@dearai.live with your receipt ID (from Stripe or Razorpay) and, if it helps, the wallet ID shown in the studio panel.

Timing

An approved refund goes back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
